  20. I don't know about your local technical bookstore, but mine will order
  21. ANSI standards.  I guess there's just not enough demand for them to
  22. stock them, though I've occasionally seen a copy of the ANSI COBOL
  23. standard on their shelves.  I just find it a lot more convenient to
  24. call ANSI directly and order by phone, charging to a credit card.
